Today you are just 1 step away from making a huge beneficial change in your life. Below are the steps we are going to take together during the fitness assessment. Please note to wear workout clothes to the fitness assessment.

The first part of the fitness assessment is filling out a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) the PAR-Q will have questions based on your everyday lifestyle. Occupation, Hobbies, Past Injuries. That gives me information that I need in order to know if we are okay to continue with the Fitness Assessment. After the PAR-Q, you will sign a liability waiver to continue with the rest of the assessment.

The second part of the fitness assessment is the fun part! To see where we are starting from. I will get your body measurements, body weight and body fat percentage. After these are taken, I will put you through a small workout to gauge where you are at physically and also mentally when it comes to working out. A huge part of working out is being mentally strong, the physical part will follow if your mind is in the right place.

The final part of the fitness assessment is easiest part. We sit down and talk about the goals you want to achieve from working out. Such as losing weight, putting on muscle, getting more athletic or getting stronger. All of those attributes will bring confidence to your everyday lifestyle. We will discuss what goals you have in mind, and I will tell you what program would work best for you. Be aware I am very realistic when it comes fitness goals. A healthy lifestyle must be a priority if we want to reach the goals we want to achieve.
