6 month Coaching

The 6 month program is for clients who want to train 4-5 days a week and get results in a short period of time. This program duration will be great for fighters/boxers in training camp for a upcoming fight, or just the average athlete wanting to get in shape and stronger in a short period of time. 1 year Coaching

The 1 year program will be primarily focused on weight loss and body fat % loss. Training 3-5 days a week working hard and consistent towards our goals for 6 straight months. Chipping away at body fat and lower body weight while building muscle. Depending on goals, the 6 month program will work for most clients looking to lose weight, build muscle and get in overall shape. 18 month program

The 18 month program will be for clients looking to make a big change. Primarily focusing on weight loss, getting in tremendous shape, and being held accountable for a whole year. This program is huge for people looking to make a life style change to better themselves.
