It’s easy to be on course for a month or two, but you must keep the momentum going and stay on course. Make sure the consistency leads to dedication.
Patience
The third value that you will need during this journey will be, PATIENCE! Patience will lead you to all your goals in life. You will have hard times with working out, you will have days you question is it all worth it. It will be all worth it. You just have to stay mentally strong throughout this process.
